Before Christmas I decided to switch out my 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts for PiYo to have something a little easier to give myself a break.
Heehee silly me. Although PiYo is much less intense, and lower impact it has been just as hard! Not as hard as the first round I did back in March of course, but still challenging.
So I have decided to do 1 full round of PiYo (2 months), not just because it is challenging in a different way from 21DFX, but because my body, and mind need it.
I felt like I was missing something in my exercise routine, and I thought I needed to kick it up a notch, so was looking into Hybrid workouts, but it turns out I just needed to switch gears for a little while.
